ZIGGTY lets you order food and groceries from partner restaurants and stores by phone call or on this website, and have them delivered in Hyderabad and Kadapa.

Orders

Our voice assistant repeats your items, total, address and payment method before placing an order. An order is confirmed only after you say yes on the call or press Place order on the website.

Prices and payment

Prices are set by the restaurant or store and include taxes unless shown separately. You can pay cash on delivery or by UPI. Delivery fees are shown before you confirm.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Please keep your phone reachable so the rider can find you.

Cancellations and refunds

See our Refund policy. Orders already being prepared may not be cancellable.

Your responsibilities

• Give a correct delivery address and phone number.
• Do not misuse the service or place fake orders.
